South Petherton Luncheon club urgently needs additional volunteer drivers - Please can you help?
The club provides meals on Tuesdays and Thursdays to a number of elderly people from the village.  In order to help them get to the Methodist Church Hall in Palmer St. we provide travel assistance, for which they pay a small fee. We desperately need additional car owning volunteers who could spare a couple of hours each Tuesday or Thursday between 12 noon and 1.30pm to take them to and from the club. (Small petrol allowance given). Please help us to keep this valuable social facility going.  Phone Jennifer Hammond on 240882 for more information.
